The WSC Men's 3 - 0 loss against the Peninsular Pirates at Nubeena on Sunday was perhaps disappointing and has a twofold effect on the div 4 ladder. Firstly it allowed Beachside to displace WSC in third place, secondly it has allowed the Pirates to creep from 6th to 5th place where they now breath threateningly down WSC's (4th placed) necks.
The WSC Women's team also had an away game, travelling to Wentworth Park to take on Clarence United Red. In what looks to have been a tight game on paper the girls conceded only one goal to be defeated 1 - 0.
